Chester Misener
Chester Misener is an NRA certified pistol and rifle instructor. He holds a second degree black belt in Bushido Karate, and a first degree black belt in Hojutsu. He is a red hat instructor with the Appleseed Project. He has earned the One Warrior, One leader, and Light Fighter designations with the One Shepard Institute of Leadership, where he is a cadre instructor.
